Do you have a physical store I can visit?

Not yet, but we we’re working on finding the perfect Ottawa location for our first store. After that, who knows? Maybe we’ll be coming to your town. Look for us at Ottawa music festivals too!

Do you have a printed catalogue?

No, we do not print a catalog. Because our selection is so unique and availability changes so quickly, a printed catalog would be inefficient. We’ll be keeping a close eye out for the most popular merchandise, and promise to stock these items as best as we can. If you’re looking for something special, please e-mail us and we’ll let you know how we can help you.

Do you sell wholesale?

Only the items which we actually produce are available wholesale to qualified resellers. The bulk of our offerings do not carry a margin sufficient for us to wholesale them. While we don't have our exclusive products on the site yet, we will add this category shortly. You may email us at info@theartofmusic.ca for further clarification.

Do you offer quantity or trade discounts?

Yes. We may be able to extend a discount when items are purchased in large (multiple) quantities: IE: More than a dozen identical items. These discounts vary by item and manufacturer. If we can get a discount, we will be happy to pass it along to you. Please write to us at info@theartofmusic.ca with your specific needs, price parameters, timeline and shipping location. We may also be able to make suggestions of other items to consider. Please allow plenty of lead time, as larger quantities are not likely to be in stock.

Can I submit MUSICALLY themed merchandise or art for sale through you?

The Art of Music would be delighted to consider your work. We accept photos of artwork by e-mail and regular mail. DO NOT SEND ORIGINAL ART. You may send submission packets for art that include color copies, reproductions, photos or slides, price lists and biographical information about the artist. This package will not be returned, so please don’t feel you need to spend a lot to impress. If we are interested, we may then ask you for further details and/or samples. We will be posting a shipping address May 1st, 2008.
