The Art of Music uses the most safe and secure payment system on the internet.
Living in Ottawa? We are happy to make arrangements with you to pick up your parcel within the downtown area. We also accept cash (in prson only), certified cheque or bank draft. We otherwise typically ship via Canada Post's regular parcel service (3-7 business days within Canada). If you prefer a faster shipping method, please contact us and we will provide rates based on your needs. We do not make money on shipping. If our automated shipping calculator has overcharged you, we WILL refund the balance - difference must be $ .25 or greater.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Certified Cheques, Money Orders and Paypal. All orders are routed through Paypal's safe and secure on-line payment system. Your order will not be filled or shipped until your credit card is approved and/or your check has cleared our bank. Your credit card will only be charged if and when the item you ordered is ready to ship. DO NOT SEND CASH. Your billing address MUST EXACTLY MATCH the name and spelling on your credit card, you must also provide us with a working daytime telephone number for verification or your order will be refused. This site has secure transaction processing through Paypal Shopping so your credit information can be transferred safely.
How long does it take to ship an order?
We currently ship three times a week, and strive to fill orders within 2 business days. You will be notified if your order needs a longer time to fill. If we cannot completely fill your order, we will attempt to notify you by e-mail, and will offer to ship what we have. Please watch your email for several days after you order and respond promptly to let us know how you desire your order be handled in the event it cannot be completely filled. We may be holding your shipment while we seek clarification so a fast reply from you will get things flowing again. Let us know if you need something RUSHED. What is your return policy?
You may return an item in it's original condition. It must be postmarked for return within 15 days of our outbound ship date and include your receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable, inbound or outbound. The Art of Music reserves the right to refuse any item for return that appears to have been used, was purchased fraudulently or is not returned within the specified time.
